I have gone to a number of sites and they usually only have a few cars, and
some of the supposedly better sites seem to be down or are not allowing
downloads over the last week or so.
What is the premiere SCGT site, and is it currently having problems?

Here's fair warning: Pat has the BEST cars for SCGT, but they will make your
game take a framerate hit becuase they have a HUGE amount of polys. This
effect will be very noticeable with a lot of cars in the field and with a
higher level of detail...just a warning.
