Thanks for the offer.... You are probably correct on being expensive to mail
here. Perhaps someone else wil have a copy they want to sell that is closer.

If not, I might have you check out the costs.

I have a copy and is new when I bought 3 years ago, never used but is open
just once to test it and is fine.
