I wholeheartedly agree. I just built a cheap K6-2 350 system for my dad with
128mb RAM, with a Voodoo 3 2000 video card, and N3 runs like a charm with
29-30fps no matter what the traffic is like. I did notice during one horrific
accident that the frame rate dropped to 27fps, but that's the lowest it's ever
been.

And speaking of accidents, do the computer cars ever actually have
accidents? Or do the only accidents occur when I whack someone? The only
thing I see the computer cars do is randomly spin going in and out of
corners, occasionally catching someone else in the process. In fact, in most
races I've done in N3 so far, the spinning car doesn't even tag anyone else
and the race goes completely without yellows. Does anything unusual ever
happen?

much unusual going on in N3 that I can see.
