I just got this unit, but seem to already have mislaid my manual.
How/what do you put in the base extension to make it heavier and keep
the pedals from sliding around?

On the front of the Gas/Brake unit are interlocking teeth that fit into the
interlocking teeth on the pedal extension.  Slide the extension under the
gas/brk unit and squeeze em vertically together.  Mine kept coming apart so
I screwed em together with a couple self tapping sheetmetal screws.

There was no documantation on that :(

If you face a wall do what I do - put something betwen the wall and the
pedal unit - an a4 folder works well for me :)

The manual suggests pouring concrete into the base extension.

I filled mine with rocks, and it keeps my pedals steady on carpet.
I'd initially thought about filling it with lead shot, but this turned
out to be too expensive if you try buying it from hunting/fishing
suppliers.  If you live near an army base, I bet chunks depleted
uranium would make great ballast for your pedals!

You could do what I did...
Unscrew the bottom of the base extension and fill it with lead shot. You
know, like the kind used for reloading shotgun shells.
Works Gr8 ;)
These pedals are Awesome!
Cheers...
