It enables you to set the 'desired frame-rate' beyond the 25 fps limit that
GP3 has. You can get the game running at 36 or 42 fps, which just look way
smoother than 25 fps.

I have heard if i install it my replays doesen't work anymore, is it true?

Not for me it didn't set the frame rate too high and u increase PO, and
too high in my case, is anything higher than 23.2.. +(

Hotlap replays seem to work even after increasing fps.
