GP3 Patches/Hacks/Add-ons websites?

I've noticed that the jam files, sounds and tracks have already been cracked
on GP3 and we can now start editing away to update GP3 to the 2000 season
(that won't please Hasbro with their 2000 patch).

Are there any excellent sites which have grouped all the hacked cars, tracks
together yet?  My fave for GP2 was www.grandprix2.com which I had been going
to ever since Pieters carsets appeared (they didn't have the domain
originally) - www.grandprix3.com doesn't seem to be the same type of site
(yet) - have the authors of www.grandprix2.com started a similar site for
GP3?
