still have to be careful what I eat. Every year I have a lean month or so
to pull my weight back into line. The biggest single thing we do to burn
energy is keep our body heated. Exercise is just the icing on the cake to
keep us fit, not a cure for the multiple temptations of highly processed,
very high calorie foods.
It's like, a holistic thing, man ;-)
