nagging on me that it "sucks". Anyhoo, I have a few questions, first,
how do I fix the it so that my shadow or tread marks is white, and are
there any sites out there dedicated to the game?

FWIW, I *LOVE* this game -- it lacks a damage model, but the physics
seem to be pretty much dead-on otherwise.

Okay... forgetting the pavement cars... tell me more about the Sprints
and Midgets. How's the AI? That is, can they be "tweaked" (like in N2
track/drivers.txt) for good, close racing... or do they suffer from "too
fast or too slow" syndrome? Or, is the dirt AI pretty good as is?
Also, how many different dirt tracks does the game have to dirt race
on? Is there a dirt "season" that one can compete in, or is it single
races only? Does it give a reasonable approximation of "stuffing" the
car in "backwards" entering turns and let you do powerslides etc? Does
the game support wheels/pedals nicely? Is in WIN95 only, or can it be
run from DOS? If Win95... does it need some sort of DX5,6,11,"?" vid
driver mess?
Speaking of graphics, what kind of graphics support does the game need?
3dfx? Rendition? What? I have a P233MMX w/32Meg of SDRAM, SB 64AWE...
but my vid card is pretty lame: A 4 meg S3 Virge. Looking mainly for a
fun "dirt oval" racing sim/game, and don't particularly care about the
other venues in "ABC'S Road To Indy". Any input appreciated.
Thanks...
Andre
ABC dismanted the branch "ABC Sports" witch created the game, around 2weeks
before it's release.
I do not think that somebody else took the job so the product you have in
the box is the first and last product. You will never see a patch I
think... The game didn't really sell well also so I doubt there is a big
fanbase on the internet, even if there is somebody (IRL insider, can't
remember the URL) who has a website devoted to the game.
