GPL Rank and .ini files Lap Time Problem

I see that GPL Rank now has the 65 Mod up and running...
I dl'd East London and Charade and successfully installed them but after
running a few laps on them, I realized the lap times are not being saved to
my pla65.ini file.
Gpl rank will not let me establish a handicap without these two courses.
Is there a setting that I missed?
Any ideas?

You have to save a little bit of the replay. A few seconds at the end of
the session is enough. And then use GPL replay analyser to make the
laptime.ini file and upload that.
