Does anybody out there have a transparent explanation for all the parameters
in the GPL_AI.INI and the DRIVERS.INI files? I know there are already some
descriptions in the original files, but they are hard to understand. What is
slower and what is faster? Higher or lower values? ... What is hype scaling?
I would like to tweak the AI cars a bit more.
