I love this game and I love the manuals. After reading the strategy guide I
noticed that my positive toe -in settings in the rear were what was causing
my car to wander all over the track at Monza....it was there in black and
white. I cannot set up a car but just using the basic settings that the
manual suggests has gotten me to running consistent 1:34 laps at Monza.
Fast no but steady and consistent will get me there eventually. I
only wish i knew what the "view pit board" button does. Isnt it always up
in the pits?
When Papy releases this physics model in a Nascar game, you are going to
see by far the best selling racing game ever. This thing ROCKS!!!!!

That's your pit placard which shows where your stall is and gives info
about black flag penalties.  The pit board pops up as you complete a
lap, giving you info on the previous lap (time, position, laps or time
remaining in session, etc.).  By default this is set to auto-view, and
will be shown automatically.  However when you turn off auto-view, the
pit board will only be shown when you press the button you've assigned
to 'view pit board' (note that this only works in that section of the
track where the pit board would normally be visible when set to
auto-view).

Is there a "hack" to make the board stay up a little longer?  There are
times when there's a lot of action going into the s/f line and I miss it
completely...
