OK I know what they are and every thing but I cant seem to get my photo in
the driver info screen. I took a jpeg of my self resized it and coverted it
to tga. I even pasted it on the one that comes with the game
(driver.tga)luck. the sreenstays black. I looked every where in the manual
on how to do it and it has nothing about it. Any help would be great.

Your picture needs to be a 181x167 pixel 16-bit color picture with no
compression.  It's in the readme.txt file in your Nascar3 folder.
