I've read somewhere that NFS 2 will be released sometime in 96 with
cars like the Ferrari F50 and MacLaren F1. Does anyone have any more
info on this ?

        All I know for certain (first-hand info) is that the next driving
game to be produced by Pioneer Productions will be one based on LeMans.  
NFS 2 would be nice, though!

    Well , I want more tracks to race my Diablo on. :-)  
   I think that if EA are not going to realease a NEED FOR SPEED 2 then they should
consider looking into designing an editor, that allows us to create new Tracks, and Cars,
and stuff !!!
   I think it would be really cool, if I could do up my FORD V8, and race it on some alpine
track, without having to worry about the safety of my passengers. :-)   hehehe

   I want to play this Game for more than 2 Months. !!!!

There is an editor out now and I already posted a new track in this area .
The editor is really fine to edit the tracks but has still many bugs in it .
