that has come out and tried to give them all a chance.
Yes, GPL is still the king and it will be a while before somthing knocks it
off (watch out for World Sports Car).
But I think most ppl aren't giving F12000 enough of a try. There are
numerous things that aren't perfect and could be improved, but overall I
like this sim a lot.
Once I started to change the cars setup I really started to be impressed
with the cars handling and physics engine.
OK, the AI suck.. but online code is pretty good (more than what can be
said for GP3).
I believe GP3 will be more realistic, but if you give F1 2000 a chance, you
will find a very rewarding driving experience.
Don't just write it off from what some perfectionists say here. They have
valid points, but just take it too the extreme.
I won't go into details, but I believe most ppl can work it out for
themselves....
Like I've said before:
If you are open minded about Sim racing and can appreciate other things not
being absolutely and totally perfect, than F1 2000 is for you.
If you believe that nothing will ever beat GPL and you don't even want to
give anything else a chance if it has a few flaws, then give this a miss.
Up to you
