Nascar3 question

Been playing N3 for a little while and thought I had gotten pretty good. I
turn laps of 188 -189 mph at Michigan  during the race and have a best lap
of 190.125 mph. I raced a guy from Atlanta online a few days ago in a 10%
race(20 laps) at Michigan. He lapped me by the end of the race which means
he was turning laps 2 sec. faster than I was.(200 mph+ lap average) My
question is:
Was he cheating or was he that good(hard to believe)

hard to say without more evidence.  The key to SHORT races with N3 is
to pile on the tape.  At the drafting tracks like Dega the amount of
tape you use can be the difference between competing for the win or
loosing the draft.
Since it was just you two...it's hard to pin down the cheating.  Now
if he was in a group of 12 or more and ran fast enough to lap the field,
then I'd say cheating.  Also look at Qualifying...especially when there
is a large group...you just shouldn't see the top guy being tooooo much
faster than the pack.  If someone is 2-3 seconds faster than everyone
else in Qualifying.....you can be pretty sure somebody has messed with
his track files...
