Windows 2000?

Windows 2000?

Are there any F1 games that will run in Windows 2000?  I've tried Monaco
Grand Prix Racing 2 and F1 2000, but neither runs.  MGPRS2 won't even start,
and F1 2000 locks up when I choose a driver.

Thanks,

Aaron.

Don't know what you're doing wrong then, because MGPRS2 and F12K run
absolutley fine under W2K OOTB. May be a driver issue. What video card and
driver are you using?

Does anyone have a Thrustmaster Pro Digital working under Win2000?

I'm using an AMD CPU, 128MB RAM, Matrox G400 (16MB) with 5.06 drivers.
Monaco installs fine, but whenever I try to start the game, it tells me that
the game "Can't run without CDROM" and I only have an OK button.  Also, I
have a Logitech Steering Wheel with the 3.60 drivers.

F1 2K just locks up.  Besides, I ran it 98 (when I still had THAT on my
computer), and didn't really care for it, other than the chance to drive
Indy.

Sorry, Aaron but I don't know about the Matrox card drivers.
The MGPRS2 does seem like a strange message. I take it you do have the
original CD?
As I said previously both these titles should run OOTB perfectly well.
Also, I think you'll find that F12K is superior to MGPRS2 (which I liked)
but that's another discussion altogether!
