  the hotlap time will show on the main menu screen for a very brief moment.
as it cycles through the various tracks you have completed.(at least that's
how 2001 worked.)  Also there is a file in your player folder that keeps
track of your best lap times.
   Yes, replays for the EA F1 titles are crapola.
