Patched ICR2 Handling Questions

: After applying the Patch to ICR2, I've noticed that all of the race
: setups (full tanks) are now causing severe oversteer while the
: qualifying setups seem to be OK.  At Michigan where I had a good
: stable race setup in the past, I now can't run a full lap flat out
: without spinning entering T4. No matter what I do to  try to fix the
: oversteer,  right rear tire heats up to 300F and spin within 2 laps!

: BTW, the qualifying setups provided with the patch are really good.  I
: broke my own record at Louden (183 MPH) and Michigan (235 MPH) right
: off the bat after applying the patch.  The race settings however...

I am not sure, but I don't think that the patch altered any of the
default setups.  I do know that I have never been good at getting a
solid fast setup at Michigan.  Oh, I can qualify well when I push it
(top 4 if I am lucky).  However, my race setups lack speed for the the
first 10-20 gals, but I do pretty well as the load lightens.  I haven't
had too much trouble with the RR tire.  I would suggest go up a notch or
two in compound.  I don't know, I may be running too little down force in
exchange for straight away speed.  Anyway here is my stable setup for
the Race, runs great with 25 or less gals.

Fuel:            40  gallons            1st Gear: 11.70
Steering Lock:   8   degrees            2nd Gear:  7.90
Stagger:        +0.400  inches          3rd Gear:  6.10
                                        4th Gear:  5.00
Front Wing:      3.10                   5th Gear:  4.30
Rear Wing:       3.00                   6th Gear:  4.20

Boost Level:     0
Front Anti-Roll: 4
Rear Anti-Roll:  5
Brake Bias:      3

   TIRE         COMPOUND     PSI      CAMBER     SHOCK
 Right Front    Hard          36      -1.90       70%
 Right Rear     Medium        35      -1.20       80%
 Left Rear      Soft          39      -0.30       90%
 Left Front     Soft          40      -0.80       80%

Maybe some of you pros out there won't mind enlightening this befuddled
mechanic on how to get a few more mph out this car with a full fuel
load.

hmm.. I had speed increases on the 3 tracks I've tried so far.. Australia,
Elkart and loudon<sp> I found I was able to push more in corners where I
had difficulties. no problems in racing. just practice a lot to get used
to it. it's different from before the patch

did that change?
