When we play GP4 in multi-player mode over a TCP/IP network, it always
starts in Quickrace mode.  Even thought the settings are for
"Non-championship Race", we cannot play the whole race weekend
(practice, qualifying, race).  Am I missing a setting somewhere?  Both
host and guest PC's are set the same way.
