With any weekly newsletter the thing which is lacking is obviously
"news" - by definition anything which goes weekly can contain only
1/7th "news" and 6/7ths digest. It therefore stands or falls based
upon how complete it is and how well written and entertaining it is to
read, since it cannot compete with r.a.s. for sheer speed of news.

Putting in enough effort to make the first issue interesting is no
problem, but consistently doing that is difficult. Good luck, and I'll
watch and read with interest. :-)
