Nascar Revolution Demo!

I'm having major problems getting this demo installed.

1. I can't download it directly from EA Sports as their FTP
server keeps giving me "extended error messages" every time
that I try. I was able to get the .pdf instruction file.

2. I downloaded the file from download.com and it's a ZIP
file, not an .exe. After unzipping the file, I tried running
the "Nascar_Revolution_demo.exe and got the following error
message, "is not a valid WIN32 application". The PDF instructions
say to run this program, not "setup.exe".

3. I tried running the "setup.exe" program. It gets all the way
to the point where it will start to copy files, and I get the
following error message "An Error occured during the move data
process - 113". And then the program aborts.

I've downloaded it twice from both ftp.cdrom.com and ftp.download.com
and scanned it for virus's, unzipped it and checked the files with
Norton Disk Doctor, and everything is OK. Any help, ideas, or
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

ps. Maybe it will be on the February PCGamer CD!

You need to unzip the .ZIPed version you downloaded using the WINZIP program,
not the DOS based PKUNZIP.  I too had the same problem.  I'm almost positive
you can find the latest version of WINZIP 7.0 at download.com

I am also encountering the 'extended information' error and have sent a message
to EA.COM...no answer yet!

Do me a favor after you use WINZIP to successfully install the program...tell
me if the text in all the menus looks like Chinease writing!  (My do and I
don't know if it's a problem with my system or the download)
