Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that picture is from
the win95 version.
Also in the December issue of CGW magazine concerning the
mini-review of ICR2 they say (quote):
"Papyrus says that the Win 95 IndyCar II drivers can expect
graphics speeds up to four times those of Nascar racing, thanks
to Win 95's support of accelerated graphics cards."
Ummm... sounds interesting.
