Again, the ICR2 demo does not allow these features:
Pitting
Changing any of the realism settings.
Going into the garage

Dear Richard - and all others who don't yet understand.
"HELLO!"
Just like other forms of piracy, hacking the code to "enable" certain
areas in a demo version that are disabled is severely frowned upon.
They disabled the functions for a reason.   They made the demo to give
you just enough of the program to get you hooked into buying it.

This advertising ploy has worked...you want the program to do more.
But the way to go about it is to pay the piper, not figure out a way
to make the demo run just like the full product.

functions in the demo work... go to the store and buy the full product.
It automatically enables all those features and only costs $xx.xx"

Cheaper than jail, don't you think?   ....or don't ya.

Man, more of this crap!

Personally, I always use #ifdef's in my code to make sure that 'demo' versions
are just that!  They don't even include the code that is disabled.  Oh well,
I guess I'll still be stuck with ICR2 in five years thanks to people who
didn't want to buy it.
