Remember, the old Indy 500 Simulation was the old track configuration.  I, too, had some mid 230 lap times, but will all four times below
the line!  I hate the new Indy configuration on ICR.  the groove is narrow and the cars in front slow down too much especially in traffic or
when passing.  At the same time, the cars behind me don't slow down when this happens.   Does anyone else have this problem?  would
a faster computer make a difference?
