How well will GPL run on a 200Mhz Pentium pro with 96Meg of memory and STB
3D card ?

Pick up a Voodoo1 or 2 and you should be able to run it, though with some
details off (maybe). Don't bother if you don't get the Voodoo card, though.

I have a P200 Pro with 128MB and voodoo II 8 mb card . It work fine for me.
I have tried a single race with all the cars on the track. The frame rate
drop to 12-15 fps at the starting grid. But once you pull alway or drop
behine (for me it would be behine the pack :( ) The frame rate will go back
up to around 30 fps.

Now has anyone tryed to run GPL under NT4 ????

Haven't been able to get it to work - in fact, it locked up NT on me when I
tried. Couldn't get out of the main menu screen.

I do all my work on NT4 but playing games on 95 since I have boot manager.
I don't think you can run GPL on NT 4 since It requird Directx 5.0 and
DirectX 5.0 is not available for NT 4.

I know what you guys might have thinking why on earth I want to run 95 on a
PPro??. Well... NT is not for playing game. At least not yet. NT 5 will I
belive and It should do better then 95/98. BTW I heard that 98 is the last
release and ther will be no MS windows 9x/200x.
