Mad Catz steering wheel

I bought a Mad Catz steering wheel this week.
Has 4 joystick buttons on the wheel, and 2 pedals.
Works great. Comes with suction cups for the wheels
base.
Will not work with screamer2, works with Win95 progs
and NFS1(SE). The steering wheel sits on my lap
and it quite comfortable to use there (I dont need
to fix it to a desk as I arent trying to pretend I'm in a car).
Car sims(games) are now much easier for me, steering, gas and breaking
much easier to control and I can get faster lap times.

Setup hint: when calibrating, dont turn the wheel full lock. This
gives quicker steering and you dont have to go full lock on tight corners.

Only problems are the gearstick doesnt work very well (use the buttons on the
wheel), didnt work with S2(may be a problem with the program), with NFS1
the brake pedal only worked when the gas pedal was pressed.
Get one if you cant justify the cost of a T2 or T1(but you will always
wish you had one) and use the money you save to buy a real car.

What type of REAL car can you get from the 10$ you have from not buying
the T2 instead of the MadCartz? :)  But the Madcatz is pretty good (for
his price) and for the same price as the T1 you have now pedals.  It
feels a little cheap but It's not the TSW.  Or the Hyperstimulator.  But
fro an entry level wheel/pedal unit it's the best you can buy.  But if
you're going to race on NROS I hope that you will buy a other wheel like
I will do 'cause spending 100$ more for this can make your lap times a
lot better (+/- 2% better).  Thanks a lot,

Good race at the Brickyard,
