Viper Racing- is there a difference bet sim and inter modes?

The only thing I seem to notice different between simulation mode and
intermediate (or arcade) mode is the the tires have less grip. Somehow I
don't think a real Viper is accurately portrayed in simulation mode,
seems way to slippery. Intermediate seems more accurate.

If it is accurate then I sure wouldn't want to own a Viper in real life.
Frickin grease ball tires.

I assume your talking about simulation mode in Career.  Yes it's an
irritating, frustrating, pain in the ass until you move up through the
classes and buy all the upgrades. It's very unrealistic the way the car
feels like it's on ice. Hang in there.  It's worth it when you get to GT
class in Career mode but I wouldn't want to start again from the bottom.
