Yes
You can unlock the SIM mode

The readme file that comes with the game gives you that for free,,,

But  I didn't really notice a whole lot of difference.

The bottom line after an evening of play..

The game got better as I played,,, I found the dreadful over steer was much
better outside the car, so I drove from the bonnet view all evening.

The races were very good, the cars do bump you and are very agressive, but
after a while I could hold my own and this made the racing very good.

Pitsops are nicely done, you can hear the crew around the car talking, the
sound in this game sooo good..

Graphically it is very good too, FPS is very nice too, no slow down with it
maxxed out.. 50/70FPS

The sound is fantastic, EAX and 6.1 it sounds the mutz nutz!!!You can hear
cars behind you and which side they are coming at you from, the red arrow on
the bonnet helps too.

Coddie have always got the FFeedback right in there games, with it loosening
off whena slide is on the way.. It is still there, but ***y doesn't
seem quite as good. but still better than most.
Rumble strips etc all kick back.

Handling on the whole is good too, you can bottom out and feel the car go
light and twitchy

The weather effects up to the usual high standard with spray coming up to
block your view.

The story line is a good idea, and I hope to see this in an F1 game
soon...:o)

So for me the sliding review moves from a disappointed 50% to an increasing
75-80%

IF they fix the oversteer it would be a gem.. nearly is now...

What do you mean by oversteer?  You mean you can't keep the damn thing in a
straight line??  I got a steering wheel specifically to play TOCA 2 about 2
years ago (microsoft force feedback), but couldn't keep the car in a
straight line so never bothered playing it again.  I was fine playing with a
gamepad though!   I could play with my steering wheel fine on other games
though (although not quite as well as with gamepad).
