EA Sports SBK Championship problem - File Needed

Does anyone have the replacement Superbike exe file to allow the game to
work with some inconpatible DVD drives as EA sports keep promising to send
it to me but never do!

I bought the game 3 weeks ago now and am a bit pissed off that I can't even
load it!!
