Je kan het gewoon op de support-site van Thrustmaster aangeven.
Kost niets, binnen 2 weken heb je het in huis

Thrustmaster are great at support.  Just fill out the form on their webpage
(under "Support", if I remember correctly).  Explain your problem and within
a few days (a week in my case back in October, here in the USA) you should
receive your replacement parts.  They usually don't send any confirmation
e-mail.

Hope this helps,

Dave

Could be because it's Christmas time that they didn't send them out yet, but
I can assure you that Thrustmaster ALWAYS send out spares, and they won't
even charge you.

Call this No. in Germany +49 0271 4889430 as they handle the support for
Europe. You'll have spares in no time!

Hope that helped

Did that and get a 404 error URL not found.  Other times I got a login screen
where I needed a password.  An e-mail confirmation would be so easy.

Not in my book, but thank you for the information Dave.

I filled out the form on TM's page and had replacement springs delivered to
me in Australia in around 2 weeks, at absolutely no charge, what I would
call outstanding service.

Same here Dave, I just filled out the form, and was sent a supply of extra
springs. They seemed to have changed their supplier, as the new ones looked
a bit more heavy-duty. They also sent me an extra bungie for the wheel,
saying that some of the originals had been giving some problems. Mine is
slightly weak, but still usable, so I have that ready also if I need it
soon. I have no problems with TM support, and that is why I use their racing
products exclusively. There are more expensive products out there, but I
would rather pay a little less(dittoed from my wife) and get good support,
than to pay more and not know about their support.

I've never had a problem.  I just got parts for a T1 AND T2 last week.  It took
about 10 days after my confirmation e-mail...
I just haven't FIXED the dang things yet... :(

That must be some bad luck on your part. I've had a T2 for over 2 years.
The only problem is the pedal springs have broken (as of now a grand
total of 2). So don't think that all the units are like that. Plus we have
no way of knowing how you treated your TM stuff.

I have one T1, and two T2's.   I've broken ONE spring, and that put me in the
wall at Bristol.<ouch>  The other problems have been sterring related (bungie,
pot) Mine would have problems about every 6-8 months, and I'd end up buying
another.   My rationale was that I would eventually fix the broken ones, and I
could use them on my other network computers for multiplayer racing...
That said, I *am* considering a TSW.  I just can't convince myself to spend
ANOTHER $350 or so...although I just spend $99.99 on a slot car set from Toys
'r Us <g>  Sorry, but I can't remember who recommended that set, but thanks.

I can only judge about the TM-service in germany but this is fantastic.
Had a T2 with damaged wheel poti and within 3 (!!!) days I had a
completely new one! Although I bought a T3 before knowing the
service-hotline. I only mentioned it to the guy on the phone and got two
bundles with extra springs in every strenght fot the new wheel...

I never experienced such a service in germany!!!
