It's not uncommon: last week a company put in an order with us _by fax_
which had, where it said "delivery expected", the date of the day before on
it.
I immediately passed the buck to the shipping company: I checked "next day
delivery" on the transport document, then crossed out "next" and wrote
"previous" instead. The woman doing the pick-up got the joke, I hope it's
not lost on the customer. <g>
