or am I going to have to remove Ban Scene.mas first?

I spent a lot of time downloading the 3.0 and 3.1 Service Packs and
decided against installing them after reading the documentation. They
add a bunch of cars and don't really take into account all the stuff
that hs been developed since.
So far I've added the patches, some sounds and a bunch of stand alone
cars along with the Touring Car Patch. With the help of V-Edit-2, I
now have a bunch of cars including a slew of historics, meaning cars
from the era when I raced. I'd really suggest this route for anybody
who likes to drive and dice.
The BTCC Super Tourers are a blast. Very throwable. Keep your boot in
and scrub off speed by getting them sideways. The big Mustangs are
also a blast. Get one in a fast sweeper, feed in the pedal after the
apex and they'll practically corner on the door handles from body
lean. The replays are uncanny for anybody who ever raced them in SCCA
B Prod. The only thing missing is the No-Spin Locker clanking and
cracking.

Thank you!!
I too am dusting off SCGT and didn't know what was "new" for the game. That
website is a great help.
