Hi Tony.
I think I can help you out...
You need the single joystick coverter unless you have a brand new T2.
You need to calibrate your T2 through Windows 95 using the Custom
option from the joystick type menu.
A sub menu under Custom will let you specify that you will be using a
race car controller.
When you set up the joystick properties of Sega Rally, use
JOYSTICK FORWARD for accelerate, and JOYSTICK back for brake.
Naturally you use joystick LEFT/RIGHT for the steering.
I can't remember for sure, but I believe the shifter is buttons 3 & 4.
Set that for your up and downshift.
If I'm wrong, the red buttons will be your up/downshift. Just swap the
shifter control to buttons 1 & 2.
You're probably going to find that the T2 makes for very twitchy
steering. From the options menu, choose SLOW handling.
Its still kind of twitchy, but much more playable.
Damn Sega for not including decent wheel support in a game that is
otherwise a blast to play.
I don't know if you know this one yet or not, but you can get the
Lancia Stratos (hidden extra car) by pushing X Y Z Y X at the
Mode Select screen.
Normally, you would only get it by winning the Arcade mode at normal
or hard difficulty. I haven't been able to do that yet. I've placed
second a few times in the normal mode.
Hope this helps!
If you still have setup problems, give me a yell.
