Ran N4 multiplayer.  Saw the lobby's have changed name.  But most
importantly I have no ratings left.

Do I have to beat and bang my way up again to get ratings ?

They changed the DNS numbers for the three racing servers.  It'll take a day
or two for your ISP to recognize the new numbers for the servers.
