I there a way to bypass the 4 practice seesions and warmup before racing.
Also is there a way to restart the session without having to start all over
loading the who sim.

Yes.  Deselect the various practice sessions in the race options before
creating a race.  To restart a race, press 'Y'

Look for an icon called 'Session Options' when selecting the track....
