  A Gentlemen's Club For Papyrus Nascar 2002 On-Line Racing.

Openings Available.

IVGA raceing isn't about just dumping a bunch of racers in the game. There
will be
management in place monitoring the event and making decisions.  We also will
have
race annnoucers and live video streaming of the event.  Both thee audio and
video
will be archived.

1)  Papyrus Arena Server Named www.ivga.com.

2)  Purpose: League is for the seasoned pro level drivers which believe in
simple
    rules for clean drivers with ethical racing behavior.

3)  High Speed Connection Racing: Low latency racing set max 175ms.

4)  When: Tuesday night racing 9.30 PM EST, Super Speedways only, 50 to 70%
Racing,
    1 hour practice.

5)  Membership: Limited to Just 38 Members, Only 28 race as determined who
is fastest
    during practice, 10 leave after practice. Four spots will be reserverd
for race
    management and annoucing.

6)  Sign-Ups: Application, Drivers will submit an application below, We need
driver's
    real name, team, sponsorship, car file, and sierra ID that is your name.

7)  Identification: Driver will use agreed on handles and car #'s.

8)  Broadcasting: Races will be broadcast live on Autochannel.com, with
audio and
    video streaming.

9)  Race Setup: Open setups, yellow flags, double file restarts,
    forced smoke, full pace lap starts.

10) Race Tracks: Daytona, Talladega, Michigan, California, Texas, C***te,
    Atlanta, Las Vegas, Kansas,Nashville, Homestead, Coca-Cola and Indy.

11) Race Management: Contracted to a 3rd Party Race Auditor, Fines,
Warnings,
    Penalties, There decision is final.

12) Race Reports: Race results, Season points, Statistics galore.

13) Race Winnings: Winning driver will get at least $200 in prizes, Goals
are
    to substantially raise the purses.

14) Drivers Acceptance: RSVP, Drivers will be heavily audited by Race
Committee
    For Acceptance, No Crashers or Unsafe Drivers.

15) Pre-Race: Schedule is posted, Drivers will get a password via email.

16) Starts/Restarts: Stagger until last lap, 15 lap rules also apply,
    Double file restarts, 0.5 to 1.0 gap sec interval, Go on Green only,
    no flying starts, Any irregular starting please report to race control
    after the race or private message, All starts will be automatically
    reviewed, Passing before the start/finish line is ok on the high side,
    You can pass to avoid accidents, if requested to, or for breakdowns
    before you cross the start/finish line, you should pass to the outside
or
    the game will black flag you.

17) Incident Rule: If You make incidents, you maybe be asked to leave by
    admin and if you dont leave you will be suspended and ejected.
    When you cause an incident your need to reply with a 1 or
    2 on the screen acknowledging the incident and responsibility.  Race
    management will be reviewing the incident and if you declare we will
time
    permitting.

18) Yellow Flags: Maintain and No Passing, Except for those cars that were
in an
    incident. Ease off at S/F, allowing lappers to pass is acceptable,
passing
    is allowed if granted.

19) Race Audits: All Races will be analyzed by Nascar 2002 Replay Analyzer
and
    a Race Auditor.  He will review all starts, incidents, and pittings.

20) Fairness Rules: If you lose a lap because of a warp, We will try and get
you
    your lap back.

21) Pitting: Its simple follow the rules of the game.

22) 15 Laps To go Rule:  You can race back to the S/F on yellows.  Single
file
    restarts, all lappers must pit and to to the end of the line.

23) Pace and Caution Laps: Maintain pace lap speed, no scrubbing tires,
stagger
    your cars, maintain 1.0 gap, one to go, single file as we have double
file
    restarts.

25) Practice, Qualifying, Warm-up Sessions: Do it right.

26) Racing: No bump drafting, No Racing Below the Yellow Line, No Blocking
which
    is excessive lane changing, you cause a caution or spin twice, park it.

27) Restarts: If the server or internet become unreliable and effect the
race,
    Race Control will determine if a restart will occur and will notify the
racers.

28) Post Race: Drive to your pit, Top 4 shall save there results and replay
for 72
    hours.  If Race Control needs your results, we will email you.

29) Points System:

 1st - 175
 2nd - 170
 3rd - 165
 4th - 160
 5th - 155
 6th - 150
 7th - 146
 8th - 142
 9th - 138

These points are awarded for drivers that didnt qualify to race.

29th - 76

     a) A driver leads a lap, he gets 5 bonus points.
     b) A driver leading the most laps gets 5 bonus points.
     c) All Drivers will get points that show up. If you are part of the up
        to 10 that are asked to leave, You will still get points based on
        your speeds in practice.

30) Attendance: Miss 3 races and your dropped from scoring and passwords for
races.

31) Protests: All Incidents are automatically reviewed and Protests dont
have
    to be filed, except for driving considered unprofessional or like
blocking
    (Lane Switching) Brake Checking, Unsafe Passing.

32) Warping Cars: Although we have the latency set low, Things happen and
your
    connection might go bad after you connect.  Your connections latency and
    quality will be monitored and you could be ask to leave.

33) Bugs: If you find a bug in the software that allows an unfair advantage
please
    report the bug.  These bugs might very well be posted for information
purposes.
    The race committee will determine whether these bugs are to be used
while racing.
    As professionals we would expect to you to race ethically.

34) CHAT: There is very little.  You all are professionals and know that
chatting isnt
    required, except to be helpful. Flaming Drivers may get an automatic
ejection from
    race management and termination from the league.  Now having said that
this is the
    acceptable Chat.

35) Prize Patrol:  We have just received a commitment for 12

ride-along passes in a Top Dragster, 140MPH 1/8 Mile for the winners of the
races.
These prizes will only be awarded to the winners that can redeem the prizes.

and School. I  am still a member of flashpointracing.com and I recently got
them
about $2500 in ride-along and drive alongs in the Cale Yarbough Racing
School
Expereince. Our goals are to get many of these kinds of prizes for the
winners
as I have a record of thousands of dollars in prizes at other racing venues
we
have managed like www.whra.com for drag racing.
