I just got F1 1999-2002 from Ebay. However there was no manual. Anyone know
where I can find the manual?

Return the game to the seller, you need the manual because it has the
installation key.

There isn't much to it...just a layout of the controls basically, and
those can all be discerned from the ingame menus.

You won't find it in the manual.    If you have seen the manual for
F1 2000 or F1 2000 Championship Season or F1 2001 or F1 2002, then you have
seen all that's in the F1c manual.   Sorry..

Go and get the RacerAlex's Advanced Setup Guide at watcher's site:

http://watcher.drivingitalia.net

Also, look for the F1 Challenge Driving Guide in the F1 Challenge forum of
racesimcentral.com or Highgear. It's a sticky thread on both forums.
