I have tried to D/L this but it just hangs. It seems either too busy or
really slow. Does anybody, who has downloaded this, have the file(s)
available somewhere online or know where else they may be?? I just got F1C
for the GTR type mods...HTCC, CTA and GTR are the 3 I want most. Any help is
appreciated.

do you need all parts for it work, or can you get bits and pieces (like
cars) as you want them.
