Help GPL online invalid

Can,t race online ,get on for a few laps then get dumped. Multyplayer
screen says invalid, then theres a lot of %% sines on that newspaper
thing screen. Could it be something to do with my isp?? Using WinVROC
v2.1.0.0 and GPL 1.2.0.1  Used to be ok but not for past 2  1/2 weeks
Please give me some hints

Maybe a connection issue. Get on VROC chat and we'll help you out.
