Cannot Install V8 Challenge any thought on this error message???

Error Number 0x80070725
Incopatible Version of the RPC stub

This happens at install shield and will not proceed.

System in P111 600
Win 98
128 Ram
32 meg TNT card

Hopefully someone can help.

Check windows update for the install wizard update. And any security
updates, etc. while you're there.
