Where to get plans for a force feed back wheel?

Hi,
Has anyone tried to make a force feedback wheel or know where I might be
able to find plans for one?
Schematics of the electronics involved would be very good.

Looking inside my Logitec Wingman FF wheel it appears to be very complicated electronics
with a few micro chips that are probably custom made. Its about the size of an internal
modem circuit board. The mechanics would not be too hard to make. You can get plastic
timing (toothed) pulleys and belts very cheap from  http://www.mcmaster.com/. (Search
timing belt pulley). I would get a used or reconditioned wheel (Logitec is good) and
modify it. It will probably cost a lot more to make one.

Thank You very much! I was starting to wonder if anyone else was out there.
Your suggestion to get a reconditioned wheel is a good idea, but I'm into
self torture. Honestly, I will consider it.
Again Thank you,
Ed
