I have to say first that Nascar racing 2002 is a great game!

I have only one suggestion for N5 ( or Nascar racing 2003)

Please make possible to re-map the F key commands on a game pad or on the
button of the wheel. The pause button should be on the remap command too.
I have F1-2001 and, at last, they understand that! You can put all the most
important command menu on the button of your controler! The idea is that you
don't have to leave the control to manipulate the F key buttons.

I have asked for this publicly and repeatedly since N3....which they did
expand to allow for controllers that do not map the shifter to buttons 1 and
2, but no F key mapping so far.  It would seem to be relatively easy to add
in as well??....

Blake, do you have to have that utility running while racing for this to
work, or can you just map it in the utility , close the utility, and go
race?

I have to have the utility for the wheel to work period, Logitech wingman
yellow USB wheel..
I guess if I plugged it into the serial port I would not need the
utility.... but its always been that way and its never given me a problem
and I can map to any  key I want

Ok, I'll give it a try. It would really help me for at least autochat, I
can't type and drive worth a crap.

The logi software caused an appreciable time lag between turning the wheel and
the car reacting...with the st wheel animated you could see it.
