There are plenty of sites on the web to get setups.  One such source is my
webpage.  My links page will help you to find some other sources as well.
I highly recommend Bill Cranston's page, as it has track tutorials and
replays in addition to the setups.  It's URL is:

Can someone give the the correct setups to use at all the tracks to get
the best out of my car, or some hints?

I play for fun and would like to stop having to pit so often for tires
when I think I should be going longer then I am on a set of right sides.

Anyway, help would be appreciated.

There's a list of setups you can DL from the pits.
The site is http://www.theuspits.com .  You'll have to go to the workshop I
believe to find the setups...or possibly the Hawaii page.  Either way they're
in there somewhere.
        Hope this helps...

Don't expect a miracle fix from a setup. It may help, but the single
largest factor in tire wear is your style of driving. If you're going too
hard into the corners and jamming on the accelerator on the exit, you can
expect your tires to wear a lot faster. The trick is to develop a smooth
entry that doesn't scrub the tires and ease back into the throttle on the
exit so you don't break the rear end loose.
