GP2& MSFFW -separate axis

I've seen some people asking how to calibrate MSffwheel in GP2 and how to
get separate axis with pedals.
This is how I dealt with the problem. (Good ol' try & error)

1) Make a new profile for GP2 and choose separate axis from "Settings". If
you want to use triggers 7 & 8 for gears up&down you just program triggers
so that for #7 you insert keystroke "alt"  as down and #8 "Space" as up.

2)Back to the game and choosing control method:
Choose control method "Not used" and mark "control driven calibration".
For steering :Joystick A Horiz
Steering mode: Analog

For accelerate &brake
Acceleration device: Joystick A vert
Mode: Analog
Brake device:        Joystick B Horiz

Change up: Space
Down:    Alt
..........................

When calibrating:
Choose for Joystick A: Both X&Y Axis
                Joystick B:  Just X    Axis
...............................................

i thought ff wheels were digital....win95 or higher only and didnt run in
dos....

im looking to buy a new wheel, preferably digital and preferably force
feedback, and have been looking at the ms wheel for some time now, but i was
waiting for a decent sim to emerge that actually used the ff capabilities.
and i thought id have to plug my f1 sim analogue wheel in when ever i wanted
to play GP2.  But you say that the MSff wheel works with GP2 in dos???

What are the pedals like for the msff wheel???  The f1 sim pedals are good,
even if the throw is way too long....just makes gpl a bit easier....

Yes, it works for GP2, but you have to install it and run it from windows.

I think the pedals works fine, but the MS FF wheel is the first wheel I've had,
so I don't have any other preferences. I still have to try that yellow dot
squash ball thingy.

Does GP2 take advantage of Force Feedback ?

What is the best wheel (MSFF ????)

What's the best type, Analog or Digital ?? Whats the difference ???

Thanks
