Rick - does ICR II come with a coupon for an upgrade to the Win95 version?  What are
the details (is the upgrade free).  I'll buy the game tomorrow if this upgrade offer
is real...

Also Rick could you please repost the projected differences in performance (ie: frame
rate) between the DOS and Win95 versions?  Do faster frame rates for the Win95
version require a Win95 aware video card (like the Diamond Edge or 3D Blaster)?

There is no coupon in the box, but the offer is still valid; a DOS
purchaser can obtain the Windows 95 version for a nominal fee ($5-$10)
when it is released.

The frame rates on Windows 95 depend highly on the video card and how well
DirectX (Microsoft's Game SDK) supports it. The Windows 95 frame rates are
comparable to DOS frame rates.
