Nascar 2002's Copy Protection

Hello,

Is it possible for my brother and I to play online at the same time?  We
only have one CD-Key and so we're denied access.

I've looked at the end user license and there does not appear to be a
clause which specifically forbids this activity.

  Any ideas?

It isn't possible since you need the CD to be in the PC in order to race
online on Sierra. The No-CD versions of N2002 do not work on Sierra.

Do what I did, buy your brother a copy :)

Now when we go online we work as team-mates and I *know* (9 times out of 10)
I can trust my draft partner not to try pushing me out of the way on the
penultimate lap *grin*

Haha, I already bought one copy so he'll be buying the next! ;)

My brother seems to delight in destroying my car at every opportunity!

Do they work on a local LAN?

In theory it should as you dont have to register the LAN server with sierra,
so it doesn't check the keys.  In practice I don't know as I've not tried
it...yet !

Works fine. Lasts a long time.
