My comp is locking up while playing that game , it happens about 5 - 10
minutes in game
Haw to solve it ?
My sys
atlon 1.4
512MB ram
gf3
mainboard k7vza
win98se

I was having this problem, and it turned out to be fastwrites and sideband
addressing that was doing it. I would start with making sure they are both
off.

How to make them off ?
Please explain it to me step by step beacuse i am not very fluent both in
computing and english vocabulary .

try to make sure your screensaver is turned off

Sounds like heat issues.  Try pointing a small table fan directly onto your
open case and run for awhile.  If you have any OC'ing of the CPU/VID then
crank it back to default.

i really doubt it is related with temperature , other games , for example
GP4 are running fine

To set mine I had to go into the bios setup (when you first turn on
computer, before windows loads) It was one of the chipset options, I
believe.

N 2002 question

I'm having the exact same problems.  Has anyone come up with a solution yet?
I'm using an Iwill motherboard with a 1.33G Athlon Thunderbird, and a GF3.
I have tried many different drivers for the vid card, but the same lock ups
are occurring.

I've heard 4 in 1 drivers cause similar issues.  Maybe go back to original
from mfg CD?
