TM GP1 Wheel

I have a TM GP1 steering wheel.  While in N2 and ICR2 I lose
acceleration at the superspeedways.  I have tried re-calibrating many
times, with no success.  I have a P120, 32 MB RAM, a Rendition card, and
use the game on my sound card.  Any suggestions appreciated.
