i LOST THE INSTALLING MANUAL AND I DON'T KNOW IF I NEED A DISK TO INSTALL MY
STEERING WHEEL.  PLEASE HELP ME ANYONE WHO OWNS A PER4MER STEERING WHEEL.

Word of advice, take that wheel back and get a GP1 if you can. I had
that wheel and it was terrible (took it back for a refund). Up here in
Canada they are charging the same price for that wheel as the GP1,
which is a much better wheel. As someone else said, you don't need a
driver disk for it. For games that use win95 you just set it as custom
unless the game has their own joystick/wheel calibration routine
(preferable).

No disk is needed, just plug it in your gameport, and you are steering the
show
