I've heard talk about ideas for a NASCAR 3.  But what if Papyrus could
make a World of Outlaws racing?  Now that would be fun.  This time we
could have flips cause what is a WOO race without'em?  We could also
race qualifying heat races.  Some good tracks would be Eldora, Rocky
mountain, and Knoxville.  And it could featur a paint shop where you
could actually paint the whole car!

  This idea has been tossed around a little here in r.a.s.  I think it would
be awesome to toss a 700-hp Sprint car into a turn, pitchin' it sideways!  If
not a WoO, how 'bout the All-Star Circuit of Champions?  I'd love to be able
to run against the Kinsers, Swindell, Haudenschild, Jacobs, Kauffman,
DeWease...
